As a single father of five children, Joey Schonefeld knew that his dedication and work ethic were what would make the difference for his family. Using his expertise in the ag confinement field, he founded Signet in 1994. His dedication to both his family and his customers are what strengthened his resolve to build a best-in-class Ag construction company that Signet is today.

Mike provides more than 18 years of leadership experience to SIGNET companies, with decades of construction experience and skills. Mike knows that in order to continue to grow SIGNET, we must further exceed our customer’s expectations with regards to fair pricing, service, and delivering quality on time. A veteran in the industry, Mike prides himself in being able to take a team to a job that is behind schedule of a general contractor’s build and providing the structure and processes to get the project back up to speed on pace to make a deadline. That pride runs deep with Mike in his leadership abilities, his vision, and his passion to deliver.

Josh oversees the strategic direction of our human resources functions, guiding talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compliance, and more. Josh brings extensive experience in HR and an unwavering commitment to Signet employees’ well-being.  His leadership exhibits a unique blend of strategic thinking, empathy, and forward-looking vision.
